Performed in two variants (determined with the therapist before the massage):

Therapeutic – designed for people struggling with chronic muscle pain. Performed with techniques taken from Tibetan and shiatsu massage with a strong emphasis on stimulation of trigger and acupressure points.

Relaxation – combines classical and oriental techniques, harmonizes and clears the flow of energy in the body. Foot-to-head massage stimulates the body’s natural regeneration processes. It dissolves negative emotions, and above all brings relief and relaxation.
