JuriMo® Holistic Massage “Head to Toe”

An original massage concept in which the body is treated as one interconnected whole.

JuriMo® was created from years of hands-on experience, a variety of manual techniques, and our own distinctive way of working with the body. It brings together confident touch, fluid movement, warm oils and sound therapy.

Every session has its own rhythm. Pressure, pace and techniques are adjusted to your body, its current tension and your individual preferences.

From the first sound

Every JuriMo® massage begins with sound therapy using Nepalese singing bowls. Their sound and vibrations create a moment of transition from the pace of everyday life towards greater awareness of the body.

From there, the hands-on work begins.

Head to toe

JuriMo® works with the whole body in 3 different positions. Changing position allows us to approach the body from different angles and move naturally through each area.

• Seated position – neck, shoulders and head,
• Lying face down – legs, hips, back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands,
• Lying face up – legs, abdomen, chest, arms, neck and face.

The body guides the direction of the session. On one day the back and shoulders may need more attention. On another, it may be the legs, hips or neck.

The JuriMo® language of touch

During one session, the work can move naturally from broad, flowing movements to deep and precise techniques.

We may use:

• classical and Eastern-inspired massage techniques,
• deep manual work,
• pressure and point work,
• elements of acupressure,
• trigger point techniques,
• warm oils,
• sound therapy.

Techniques are our tools. What matters most is sensitivity to the body and the way the whole session is guided.

The final sound

Every JuriMo® massage ends with another sound therapy session using Nepalese singing bowls.

After the touch comes stillness. The sound closes the session and gives the body a quiet moment to settle.

JuriMo® is available in 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions. Each is a complete JuriMo® experience with its own pace and character. Sessions with an additional 15-minute infrared sauna warm-up are also available.
